The wife of Ogun State Governor, Mrs. Olufunso Amosun, has exposed gossip that she had been captured and kept in London over IRS evasion to the tune of $300,000.
She exposed the assertion while handling inquiries from writers on Friday soon after she gave some milk supplement and sustenance things to pregnant ladies and nursing moms at the State General Hospital, Ijaye, Abeokuta.
The online networking had been flooded with the claim for a few days and the capture had been in charge of her long unlucky deficiency from open capacities.
In any case, Mrs. Amosun said she was neither captured nor kept in London, including that herself and her spouse would never get themselves included in such a loathsome experience.
She said, "I never did anything of that nature. However, as should be obvious me to the superbness of God, it is not my part; it might never be my bit and I trust that you know Governor Ibikunle Amosun, I am certain you know he will never be included in anything that is connected with tax evasion or anything negative.
"In this way, as you said, it is gossip and it should remain so. It didn't happen, it has not happened and it might not happen."
