A minister, Olufade Folayinmi, has apparently dedicated suicide on Owakurudu Street, in the Ijebu Tribute range of Ogun State.
It was learnt that 70-year-old Folayinmi was discovered hanging with a rope around his neck, dangling from a roof fan in his loft last Monday.
Our reporter assembled that some congregation individuals discovered the minister at around 2pm and cautioned policemen from the Igbeba division.
A source in the territory said the minister did not leave any suicide note.
She said, "It was a stunning revelation. The minister was discovered hanging to the roof fan. No one knew why he made that move.
"The family and church individuals still surged him to an adjacent healing facility, yet the specialists affirmed him dead."

The Ogun State Police Advertising Officer, DSP Muyiwa Adejobi, affirmed the occurrence. He included that the carcass had been discharged to the family after a posthumous.
He said, "The minister was discovered hanging to the roof. The carcass has been discharged to the family after a posthumous. The case was taken care of by the policemen from Igbeba."
